What you'll do

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of IAM transformation initiatives across SailPoint and mainframe environments
• manage governance, stakeholder communication, risks, dependencies, and milestones
• oversee Workday-to-SailPoint integration, identity aggregation and lifecycle processes, application onboarding, access workflows, and RBAC models
• coordinate testing, workshops, sprint planning, and production cutover.
