Certified Nursing Assistant

The Certified Nursing Assistant role is onsite in Melrose, MA, with pay of $18–$28 per hour. Sweetwater Care’s nursing assistant supports resident care in accordance with facility policies and procedures and direction from nursing leadership. The role contributes to quality resident care through routine care, regular rounds, resident identification checks, and basic bedside and hydration support. The assistant also reports identification-band issues and follows established care and safety procedures.

What you'll do

• Provide routine nursing care under established policies and procedures and as directed by nursing leadership
• make resident rounds at the beginning of each shift and every two hours thereafter
• verify resident identification before care or serving food
• report missing ID bands to the admission coordinator
• make beds and clean bedside and overbed tables
• ensure water pitchers are clean, filled, and within residents’ reach
• perform other related duties as directed.

Why this role
