What you'll do

• Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments under DOE/OST HRP requirements
• assess fitness for HRP duties and recommend referrals or temporary removal from duty for cause
• provide guidance and referrals and monitor progress as directed
• integrate interviews, psychological testing, reports, and records
• maintain paper and electronic records
• use OST Psychologists SharePoint
• provide program consultation and risk-management planning
• attend meetings or training that may require out-of-town travel
• testify as an expert witness at HRP administrative review hearings.
