What you'll do

• Stage and obtain raw materials
• assist the lead cook with fruit and ingredients, weighing, and recording ingredient information
• operate production equipment including HMI-controlled kettles, valves, pumps, and mixers
• inspect raw materials
• maintain batch separation and records
• monitor materials used and wasted
• follow HACCP, FDA, GMP, allergen-control, and safety procedures
• report food-safety, quality, and equipment issues.
