Territory Manager

Job overview

The Territory Manager role is hybrid, based in Eugene, OR, with field meetings 4–5 days per week and local travel within about an hour’s driving distance. Compensation is $65,000–$80,000 per year in target base pay, plus an uncapped performance-based bonus. The role supports Charlie Health’s mission to connect people to life-saving behavioral health treatment. The position exists to expand access to Charlie Health programs by building community referral relationships and developing market-entry strategies. It engages patients, parents, providers, and referral partners, shares market feedback, and coordinates with internal teams to advance go-to-market goals.

What you'll do

• Develop and operationalize go-to-market strategy for new market penetration
• build and manage relationships with referral sources
• conduct field meetings with patients, parents, and providers to identify needs and barriers to treatment
• develop strategies to support referral partners
• deepen existing partnerships
• lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events
• share market feedback
• collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams.
