What you'll do

• Monitor buffet stations and replenish food items
• coordinate with kitchen staff to place freshly prepared dishes on the buffet
• rotate food to maintain freshness
• clean and sanitize counters, utensils, and sneeze guards
• dispose of waste and empty trash
• disinfect high-touch surfaces
• sweep and mop the buffet area
• assist with bussing tables, servers, and guest inquiries
• collaborate with colleagues during busy service periods.
