Program Coordinator

Job overview

The Program Coordinator role is onsite in Coon Rapids, MN, with hours flexible around the house schedule and listed options of 7 a.m.–3 p.m. or 8 a.m.–4 p.m. Compensation is $22.00 per hour. The role supports AHL Healthcare Group’s At Home Living adult foster care division, which serves people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The coordinator oversees the operational facets of an individual residential program, coordinating staff and client support so residents can remain safe, build skills, and pursue personal goals. The role also strengthens staff capabilities through supervision, training, and program planning.

What you'll do

• Oversee program licensing compliance
• hire, train, supervise, and schedule staff
• coordinate and plan client needs
• develop and implement staff training and meetings
• support client behavioral management and support planning
• provide program oversight to strengthen staff skills and help residents achieve personal goals.
