What you'll do

• Place purchase orders for materials and freight
• track orders and follow up with vendors
• expedite orders when needed
• assign landed costs as receipts are processed
• coordinate with Shipping on orders ready for pickup
• request inspection reports, material certifications, and other vendor documentation
• maintain order information in the ERP system
• assist with phones and administrative duties
• follow company policies and safety requirements.
