What you'll do

• Design, build, and operate developer tools and platforms
• improve local development workflows, devcontainers, internal developer platforms, and project templates
• evaluate and implement agentic AI capabilities in developer workflows
• partner with engineering teams to identify recurring friction and create reusable solutions
• support adoption through documentation, guidance, and feedback
• own solutions from discovery through operation and continuous improvement
• use DORA metrics and other signals to assess outcomes.
