What you'll do

• Hire, retain, coach, and support staff
• meet regional goals and metrics
• manage the regional budget and reporting
• ensure program policies and procedures are implemented
• oversee family support and volunteer screening
• use de-escalation and problem-solving in crisis situations
• work with the development team to cultivate donors and solicit funding
• engage the regional community board
• plan and support fundraising events
• build church and community partnerships
• conduct presentations and collaborate with local government, child and family services, law enforcement, and first responders.
