Child Care Aide (Full Time)

The Child Care Aide (Full Time) role is onsite in Byron, MN, with compensation of $15–$17 per hour. Early Advantage Developmental Child Care Center serves children from infancy through PreK in a structured early childhood setting. The aide supports lead teachers in maintaining safe, engaging classrooms, helping children through activities and transitions, and keeping routines consistent. The role contributes to children’s care and development while assisting with classroom organization and daily tasks; training is provided and prior childcare experience is not required.
