Manufacturing Associate

The Manufacturing Associate works onsite in Mount Sterling, KY. Starting pay is $15 per hour. The role supports Basin Material Handling’s woodworking manufacturing process and production of wood components and finished goods. The associate operates woodworking equipment, prepares and assembles materials, checks product quality, and supports safe, efficient production and inventory handling.

What you'll do

• Operate and maintain saws, sanders, routers, and CNC equipment
• measure and cut wood
• assemble components using tools and adhesives
• inspect finished products and report defects
• load and unload materials
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• assist with inventory
• collaborate on production improvements
• follow safety procedures and use PPE
• perform routine equipment maintenance and report malfunctions.
