Behavioral Health Technician

Job overview

The Behavioral Health Technician role is onsite in Paola, KS, with pay of $18–$24 per hour. Arista Recovery’s facility provides treatment services to patients. The technician supports facility operations and patient safety throughout treatment stays. The role assists with daily schedules, rounds, intake procedures, testing, room readiness, and communication with treatment staff, while helping maintain a safe and supportive environment.

What you'll do

• Assist with patient supervision and daily activities
• support adherence to clinical schedules
• conduct facility rounds
• perform urine and other CLIA-waived tests and breathalyzer tests when required
• report safety concerns
• help prepare rooms for admissions and discharges
• transport clients when applicable and when eligible to drive.
