What you'll do

• Assist patients with bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, eating, ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
• check vital signs and intake/output
• document changes
• notify supervisors of issues requiring changes to care, medication, or equipment
• collaborate with physicians, RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and aides.
