Investor Services Specialist

What you'll do

• Handle investor support by email and phone
• support onboarding and compliance intake escalations
• build and maintain automations and self-service content
• respond to tender offer, NAV, statement, and tax-season questions
• maintain CRM and investor records
• share recurring issues with Product, Compliance, and Marketing
• coordinate communication approvals and fund administrator or custodian inquiries.
