Temporary Service Technician – Solar Electric

The Temporary Service Technician – Solar Electric role is onsite in Albuquerque, NM, with travel to job sites required. Compensation is $24–$28 per hour. The technician joins Positive Energy Solar’s Service Team to help keep solar systems in northern New Mexico operating and generating clean energy. Reporting to the Service Manager, the technician troubleshoots electrical and solar equipment, coordinates service cases, and supports monitoring and materials planning. The work helps resolve system issues and maintain service quality for customers.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot electrical and solar equipment
• maintain service case records in NetSuite
• set up data monitoring
• provide feedback on installation quality
• coordinate responses to service cases with the Case Manager and customers
• update the Service Manager
• maintain and organize service-truck stock
• plan materials for service calls
