What you'll do

• Lead daily maintenance operations and provide technical guidance to maintenance technicians
• troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance
• support installation and commissioning of machinery and modifications
• maintain maintenance records in the CMMS
• collaborate with engineering, production, and safety teams
• ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies
• train maintenance staff
• coordinate vendor and contractor maintenance
• participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 5–7 years of industrial or equipment maintenance experience, including at least two years in a lead or supervisory role. An associate’s degree or technical certification is preferred; casting or heavy industrial machinery experience is strongly preferred.
