What you'll do

• Support employee lifecycle programs, including 30-60-90-day plans, training, development, engagement, recognition, performance and talent routines, transitions, and offboarding
• coordinate training schedules, registration, communications, materials, attendance, and follow-up
• work with the Training Specialist on LMS updates, enrollment, reports, and learning materials
• maintain calendars and status updates for talent routines
• support engagement and employee listening
• write and coordinate HR communications
• assist organizational capability projects
• schedule meetings, order supplies, prepare and ship materials, and coordinate events
• maintain program records and files.
