Account Supervisor — Experiential Marketing

What you'll do

• Develop, plan, and activate experiential marketing programs
• serve as a day-to-day client contact
• coordinate with Creative and Production
• manage vendors and partners
• lead and support program budgets
• prepare program overviews and activation plans
• attend meetings, site checks, and events as needed
• lead status updates and meeting recaps
• manage timelines, workflows, and deliverables
• identify risks and dependencies
• support and mentor junior team members
• travel nationally to onsite events (estimated 15–20%).
