Service Make-Ready Technician — Bosque Residences at Waterline

What you'll do

• Complete make-ready work for vacant apartments
• clean appliances, fixtures, and surfaces and remove trash and debris
• perform minor repairs such as drywall patching, painting, replacing light bulbs, and fixing leaky faucets
• inspect appliances, plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units
• collaborate with the Service Team on repairs and replacements
• help maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities
• conduct routine property inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
• respond to resident inquiries and requests.
