What you'll do

• repair or replace doors, windows, hardware, and fixtures
• respond to resident work orders
• troubleshoot common plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and maintenance issues
• perform preventive maintenance and basic HVAC support
• document work orders and materials
• participate in rotating emergency on-call coverage.
