Reporting to the Finance & Compliance Director, the role administers subcontract and subrecipient agreements through their full lifecycle. It supports compliant contracting, negotiations, reporting, documentation, and coordination with program and finance teams.

What you'll do

• Manage subcontract and subrecipient agreements from request for proposals and cost/price analysis through negotiation, modifications, and closeout
• support strategic negotiations and apply FAR, DFARS, and 2 CFR 200 requirements
• prepare agreements and flow down required provisions
• partner with program managers on project and budget changes
• track FFATA reporting, audit requirements, equipment, and correspondence
• research and help resolve contract issues
• maintain accurate records
• support small business tracking and proposals
• collaborate with Finance and Program Management staff.
