Renewals Representative

The role exists to secure timely renewals and support customer retention and growth. It owns the renewal cycle from early customer engagement through signature, maintains forecasts, addresses churn risks, and coordinates with internal teams and partners on commercial terms and potential expansion.

What you'll do

• Manage an assigned renewal portfolio against booking and retention targets
• engage customers 90–120 days before contract expiration
• maintain renewal forecasts and Salesforce pipeline data
• provide deal updates and risk assessments
• monitor customer health and partner on mitigation plans
• use MDR service data in renewal discussions
• prepare quotes and negotiate terms within approved discounting guidelines
• coordinate renewal paperwork with Deal Desk, Legal, and Finance
• identify expansion opportunities and coordinate with account executives and channel partners
• share customer feedback and renewal insights.
