What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake and sourcing through interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
• partner with hiring managers on requirements, priorities, and strategies
• recruit for manufacturing, engineering, quality, and business support roles
• build candidate pipelines
• screen applicants
• develop sourcing relationships and channels
• maintain applicant tracking records and recruiting metrics
• support workforce planning, employer branding, and compliant hiring practices.
