What you'll do

• Prepare hot and cold menu items, including grill, sauté, salad bar, and service-line work
• follow standardized recipes for preparation, portioning, taste, and presentation
• check food quality
• maintain clean and organized preparation and service areas
• follow food-safety and handling guidelines, including temperature logs and food storage/date maintenance
• collaborate with the culinary team.
