What you'll do

• Respond to prospective client inquiries by phone and online
• conduct intake interviews about accidents, injuries, insurance, and potential claims
• listen empathetically and build rapport
• address questions and guide qualified individuals through retaining the firm
• follow up with prospects
• explain sign-up documents
• enter and maintain client information
• coordinate transitions with attorneys, case managers, and other departments
• meet responsiveness, intake quality, and conversion expectations.

Why this role
