Facilities Coordinator

What you'll do

• Triage, dispatch, track, and close retail work orders against service-level agreements, budgets, and quality standards
• manage vendors, approvals, cost audits, and invoice sign-off
• support store facilities, energy management, utilities, and account setup
• serve as the primary facilities contact for Ref West, keeping the space clean, stocked, and ready for teams
• communicate workplace changes and support events and safety initiatives.
