What you'll do

• Lead root-cause analysis across LTL, parcel, and freight modes
• partner with accounting, finance, manufacturing, and distribution leaders on strategic reporting
• build and maintain dashboards for freight spend, volume, fuel surcharges, and service KPIs
• handle complex carrier payment and invoice inquiries
• manage the operational relationship with the freight-payment vendor
• execute process-improvement and cost-saving projects
• mentor and train logistics analysts.
