The Nursing Assistant (NA) serves as a caregiver to residents, providing resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of an RN. This role focuses on age-appropriate care and psychosocial support, ensuring resident comfort and safety.

What you'll do

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Deliver age-appropriate care related to physical and psychological needs.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, vital signs, and psychosocial support.
• Assist with transferring, repositioning, and walking residents.
• Complete tasks related to food preparation and dining.
• Document resident interactions and care provided.
• Communicate resident's changing condition to the charge nurse.
• Collect specimens and gather vital signs.
• Provide housekeeping and laundry services.
• Encourage resident participation in wellness and recreational programs.

What we're looking for

Education

High school graduate or GED preferred.

Experience

High school graduate or GED preferred. Minimum age of 16. Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
