What you'll do

• Advise clients on estate and tax planning, gift and transfer tax matters, and wealth preservation
• structure estate plans involving wills, trusts, family limited partnerships, and LLCs
• support business succession and philanthropic planning
• assist with estate and trust administration and post-mortem tax planning
• handle cross-border matters as needed
• collaborate across practices
• and develop client relationships and business development.
