What you'll do

• Inspect vacant units and document needed repairs
• complete drywall patching, paint touch-ups, fixture replacements, hardware installation, caulking, and light carpentry
• check appliances, plumbing, HVAC registers, outlets, and lighting
• replace consumables
• complete turn checklists and documentation
• clean units and work areas
• assist with minor repairs and property upkeep
• report resident concerns and safety issues
• follow safety procedures and building codes.
