What you'll do

• Monitor and prioritize data-integration alerts, validate issues, investigate file ingestion and processing failures, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with customers and Support, Implementation, Development, Product, and Data Integration teams.
• Communicate missing or delayed files, document findings and status, identify recurring patterns, recommend automation, and contribute to troubleshooting guides and workflow documentation.
