Accounts Receivable Clerk

What you'll do

• Process customer payments
• monitor accounts for nonpayment, skipped invoices, and partial payments
• report collection status to management
• initiate collection efforts and payment arrangements
• complete monthly and quarterly closing statements and reports
• perform credit reference checks
• investigate customer inquiries
• submit bad-debt accounts for management review
• and send invoices to customers. May perform other general office functions.
