Maintenance Technician — Goffstown, NH

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Goffstown, NH. Pay is $25–$30 per hour. Forest Properties Management supports apartment communities through property management and maintenance. This technician handles corrective, preventive, cosmetic, and emergency maintenance to keep the apartment community in working order and prepare vacant apartments for lease. The role works with a team of technicians and responds to service requests and property issues.

What you'll do

• Repair appliances, carpentry, flooring, plumbing, electrical, and heating and cooling systems
• complete service requests
• prepare vacant apartments for lease
• report building, grounds, or system issues
• communicate with residents, colleagues, administrative staff, and vendors
• participate in a rotational on-call schedule, including overtime and weekends as needed.
