Assistant to Community Manager

The Assistant to Community Manager role is onsite in Murrells Inlet, SC, with compensation of $18–$23 per hour. Ponderosa Management LLC provides community association management services for residential communities. This role assists the Community Manager with community operations, board and homeowner support, financial review, site compliance, vendor coordination, and meeting preparation to help assigned communities run effectively.

What you'll do

• Assist with managing a portfolio of residential communities
• guide board members
• support homeowner problem resolution
• review invoices and financial statements and prepare draft budgets
• conduct site reviews
• coordinate vendor bids and services
• attend association meetings
• prepare board packets, agendas, and calendars
• communicate with board members, homeowners, and vendors
• maintain knowledge of governing documents and applicable regulations
• support client relationships.
