What you'll do

• Maintain productive relationships with drivers
• schedule and dispatch drivers
• communicate load information and coordinate maintenance and performance counseling
• manage assigned tractors and drivers for on-time pickup and delivery, hours-of-service compliance, driver availability, routing, and cost control
• ensure drivers understand load expectations
• account for assigned trucks and drivers daily
• provide customers with accurate updates.
