Lead Service Technician — Conventional Property Maintenance

What you'll do

• Plan and address maintenance issues
• repair building structures and apartment units
• perform preventive maintenance
• communicate major maintenance needs to management
• receive and complete work orders
• provide residents with a 24-hour service response
• plan major repairs and improvements
• inspect and repair vacant apartments
• inspect contractor and vendor work
• maintain plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• replace furnace filters quarterly with a second person assisting
• participate in the on-call rotation.
