What you'll do

• Serve as a client contact across phone, email, SMS, HubSpot, webinars, and in-person events
• own questions and issues through resolution
• lead one-on-one and virtual group onboarding
• conduct proactive outreach for onboarding, engagement, events, and account maintenance
• follow up on outstanding balances, including sensitive collections conversations
• travel domestically and internationally approximately quarterly for events, which may require evening and weekend availability
• maintain HubSpot records and recommend process, tool, and communication improvements.
