Assist with daily activities: Personal care, housekeeping, recreational activities, transportation, community integration, shopping, citizenship, and other activities of daily living. Accurately documents progress and activity
• reviews records and logs to stay abreast of changes in service plans
• maintains confidentiality.

What we're looking for

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience

Six months of experience in human services preferred.
