The role supports eSimplicity’s Rapid Innovation Center, which helps internal teams turn validated ideas into reusable capabilities for government-focused digital services.

What you'll do

• Work with internal stakeholders to identify mission and operational problems, clarify needs, and shape solution approaches. Conduct discovery and workflow analysis
• contribute hands-on to architecture, code, integrations, AI and data solutions, prototypes, and MVPs. Integrate systems, APIs, data sources, cloud services, CI/CD, identity controls, monitoring, and deployment automation. Apply relevant security, privacy, and responsible AI expectations, mature successful work into reusable patterns and transition plans, enable adoption through workshops and technical reviews, and mentor engineering teams. External customer engagement may occur when needed.
