What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for caregiver and administrative roles
• support and direct the current recruiter according to hiring priorities
• use recruiting platforms and candidate communication tools
• build relationships with CNA schools, training programs, and community partners
• attend hiring events and job fairs
• manage sponsorships and identify pipeline opportunities
• optimize job advertisements
• and track recruiting activity and adjust strategies to meet hiring goals.

Why this role

Local travel for recruiting events may be needed.
