Customer Service Representative – First Shift

What you'll do

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests
• answer phones and assist callers
• check member IDs and barcodes
• sign up new members and give club tours
• update member accounts and respond to concerns
• help maintain club cleanliness and safety
• clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, equipment, and gym floors
• restock supplies
• report broken or missing amenities.
