• Lead, coach, and develop dispatchers, schedulers, and operational support staff

• oversee daily terminal and dispatch operations
• monitor volumes, service levels, driver utilization, and customer metrics
• improve operational processes
• maintain relationships with drivers and independent contractors
• manage revenue, margins, costs, and profitability
• oversee terminal facilities, equipment, and operational readiness.
