The role builds scalable processes, administers company systems and devices, supports audits, and advises leadership on IT strategy and improvements.

What you'll do

• Administer Google Workspace, SaaS applications, identity and access, and endpoint-management tools
• manage laptop inventory and lifecycle
• support SOC 2, HIPAA, and PCI DSS audits
• develop IT request processes and documentation
• own the IT roadmap and budget
• provide employee support and escalation
• manage onboarding and offboarding
• maintain VPN access
• hire, mentor, and manage IT specialists.
