What you'll do

• Answer customer calls
• document plumbing or HVAC needs
• book and schedule appointments
• explain scheduling, service expectations, and policies
• maintain customer and job records in ServiceTitan
• coordinate with technicians and dispatch
• update customers about delays
• follow up after service and on unsold estimates
• assist with financing information, return visits, warranties, memberships, and maintenance appointments
• handle concerns and escalate when needed
• process payments and assist with administrative tasks.
