What you'll do
- Develop and execute sales strategy across leisure, group, corporate, social, and in-house event markets
- lead and mentor sales contributors
- build client and partner relationships
- oversee lodging, group, and event revenue, pricing, inventory, and distribution
- analyze demand and competitor data
- partner on forecasts and budgets
- oversee resort programming and events
- guide website, online presence, e-commerce, marketing, and PR work
- manage budgets and performance metrics
- coach and develop the sales and marketing team.
