What you'll do

• Conduct scheduled weekend hospice nursing visits
• assess patients and manage symptoms
• provide education and emotional support to patients and caregivers
• communicate patient status and needs to the interdisciplinary team
• coordinate care with physicians and hospice staff
• document visits accurately and promptly
• and support hospice goals of comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Routine on-call is not expected unless assigned.
