What you'll do

• Wash dishes, pots, and pans
• set up and clean dishwashing equipment and sinks
• record sanitation temperatures and PPM
• clean and maintain equipment, carts, floors, refrigerators, and kitchen areas
• remove trash
• store supplies and chemicals appropriately
• follow safety and cleaning procedures
• prepare, transport, and clean food carts
• participate in post-meal cleanup.
