What you'll do

• Prepare and cook food according to menus and dietary requirements
• monitor food quality and supplies
• rotate inventory
• coordinate hot-food production for meal programs and events
• assist with menu planning and recipe changes
• estimate food and supply needs
• maintain equipment and work areas
• guide staff, volunteers, and students
• support additional kitchen tasks and events.
