What you'll do

• Review open rent and accounts receivable reports
• update tenant payment records
• contact tenants about overdue payments and repayment plans
• track payments and agreements
• resolve billing questions using lease and utility or tax records
• prepare approved account credits and adjustments
• coordinate with leasing, legal, and collections teams
• support default actions and bankruptcy claim documentation.
